GrandmateeReviews of grandmatee.com

I have been trying to place an order for two weeks. They will not accept it. They say the zip code doesnt match the state!! I have used the same zip code for over 80 years and have not had a problem. It is 56649-2122!!! If you don't want to fill the order please let me know and the reason why!!

I ordered this cup for a daughter-in-law"s birthday and I received 2of them. I only wanted one of them. I want to be refunded for this second cup. I ordered it on March 28, 2203.

I ordered a pillow case in July 2020, was advised it was despatched but it did not arrive. I contacted the company and they said they would send another, this also did not arrive. I put in a request for a refund which they refused as it was “too late”. This company just takes your money and gives no service at all! Don’t waste your money! I wish I had read other reviews!

I would put a minus if l could, l ordered a t shirt on 1st December 2020 and still not arrived, l asked for a refund and got told no its to late, open a claim, when l tried l could not send it, what a scam company, l am still waiting for my money to be returned. I had an email saying they would send another one and charge me, They dont want to do that as l am fuming now.

poor service poor quality very trying to return but no success

Ordered November 29. Am still waiting to get my shirt. Very disappointing. Can’t get ahold of anyone to make this right.

Customer service was very disappointing.... I received the white shirt and there was black ink from the printing on the right shoulder in two different places. I cannot give this t-shirt as a gift like this. Because it was more than 15 days before I sent a claim, it was rejected..... 15 days or 30, the shirt still has their blunder on it, they should have corrected the issue. No more orders from me!

If I could do less than one star I would! I accidentally ordered two shirts with the same message. I immediately tried to cancel one and I was told it was too late because the order had already been processed. However, it was over two weeks before the shirts arrived. I tried to contact customer service but that is I possible, because there are two options: 1 to track your order or 2 to cancel your order. I tried to send a email about my problem and was told I would receive a reply within 72 hours. Well, I received an email well after 72 hours that they are SENDING ME ANOTHER SHIRT! I am so angry! At here is no way to talk to anyone, nor do they appear to care about their customers.
