I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter. The merchant charged me for three. I have emailed customer service multiple times. They refuse to respond. Meanwhile my credit card was charged for three of the item. I've reported this to the credit card company for their fraud.

Did not receive a confirmation of my order. I’ve emailed with no response and tried the chat method and never get a response. Can’t find a phone number at all for assistance. Have no idea if I’m getting my order or not. Very frustrated. There should be a simple way to contact this vender and get results.
