This is a great company to order from. You receive what you ordered in a very timely way. There was a slight boo- boo but they very sent another replacement very quickly.

I ordered a Valentine's Day gift on January 20, 2023. Was sent an email my ordered was done and would be delivered by February 2, 2023. Here we are February 22, 2023 and it still have not arrived. They want me to confirm my details and they would look it. Still waiting for a response. It takes days for them to reply.

I ordered a valentine‘a day gift on the 20th of January to be delivered in 5-10 business days. It has yet to be delivered. The company told be if it isn’t delivered by the end of February, to get back to them. I would like my money back since Valentine’s Day has come and gone. But their response to this is to advise me to be patient!!

I sent a message that the item I ordered had a defect in the snaps, I got a email from them that said they would get back with me, but when I dug into their policy, it states the customer only has 24 hours to make the complaint. Which technically they can wait to get ahold of you after the 24 hours and you are at a loss. If I can not get help within the same day then they are not going to get back with you.

I ordered this Christmas pillow in September in order to give it to my daughter as a first time mom, regretfully I never received the order after being promised on more than one occasion that it would be delivered before Christmas. On more than one occasion I was given delivery dates which came and went with nothing delivered eventually I gave up completely and asked for my money back, I must add they did refund my money, but what a disappointment. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
