GraingerReviews of grainger.com

Very bad experience ,rude costumer service, never trust this website never its a scam with a nice website. Be careful guys they are a professional Liars!!!!specialy the credit department

Sorry excuse for a company. Take your money ship the product. Then leave you out to dry if you have a problem. Run away!

Have bee trying for over a week for Grainger to make good on their extended warranty for two heaters. After 10 minutes on the phone to the Norfolk store, I was given and 800 number for the warranty department. After 15 minutes on hold A representative started to help me then I was disconnected. I then called the Grainger 800 number and Sean told me he would take care of the issue. A week later after 4 more calls on hold for a total of 1.5 hours and never connected ( 3 calls were disconnected before I had a chance to speak to anyone) and an email to Sean with no response. Called Grainger 800 number and spoke to Maria only to find out I had been given the wrong number to the warranty company. Maria and her supervisor said they would contact me and I would probably have the replacements the next day. No email or call back. It's been 3 more days with no response. I will no longer deal with Grainger even though their Norfolk store is 1/4 mile from my location. Only reason for one star is you cannot leave negative stars. Ed

Grainger delivery BAD SERVICE AND LIARS! This is a long story so I will try and condense it. We ordered an electrical part on a Thursday afternoon thinking they did their own deliveries and we would have it in a day or less. It's now Monday and no part. They claimed to have come by on Friday but did not leave the part even though it's been paid for. We were told. Saturday. Nothing . Then we were told no deliveries on Sundays period. Now it's Monday and they claim once again that they tried to deliver it on Sundays. The shop was open Sunday and NO ONE CAME BY FOR ANYTHING? LIARS! The bad service is bad enough. Now they are lying on top of that! UNACEPTABLE!!!!!! ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HOW OVER PRICED EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS!!!!!!!

-3 stars, ordered grating said I would rcv on 10/11, no show called them on the 15th, said it was shipping that day, no show called again same story shipping today! Horrible company with no respect for the customer.

Terrible service. Promised me a generator delivery yesterday (Sep 8, 2017). I called the local Granger store and gave them my confirmation #. The person I talked to said it was on the truck for delivery on Sep 8, and that they would call me right away to pick it up. NEVER CALLED, now hurricane Irma is about to hit here in Florida. I will NEVER do business with Grainger again.

I purchased a Dewalt drill (item# 52HM43), Manufacturer model number(DCD77762) since it looked like a good read for $99.00 plus tax. The total come out to about $106 dollars. I just happened to find the exact same package from another website for $79.00 plus free shipping and no tax. I asked WW Grainger to price match from their competitor as I was planning on purchasing an additional drill. The person that I was speaking to did nothing to try and keep my business or my loyalty as a customer. So I am going to return the original I bought and buy my two drills from their competitor. This is a perfect example of how businesses are losing their customers because they are not willing to work with their customers when they find better pricing. I wont shop with Grainger again unless I am desperate, which is not likely. Don't waste your time with customer service, as they have no concept of what customer service means. Thanks

They're not very good at shipping their products. At least ship your products so they wont be damaged in the process of being delivered. horrible company. Overpriced. I do not see how they stay in business. If your thinking about buying anything from this company save your money and dont bother. They never deliver the correct products. Their orders are always the wrong and are always short. Missing items. Wrong products sent all the time.
