I love the relationship we've built and trust Doreen to give me great product, price and follow through. I think we've been using Graduation Stoles for 8 years now and wouldn't change a thing. This year I couldn't find the box that was delivered, and Doreen was helping with tracking, was on email and the phone helping me track it down. It ended up someone at my college had received it and put it somewhere off the beaten path, so it was found but I totally appreciated the time and effort Doreen put into helping me.

Doreen was amazing and provided exceptional customer service! She helped with all of the customizations on each of the stoles my student organization ordered, even with all the changes and last-minute requests. Everything was finalized and arrived very quickly. The stoles turned out fantastic and were amazing quality. I recommend Graduation Stoles to everyone looking to get customized stoles!

We did get beautiful stoles delivered. The workmanship was great. Our order was denied due to the concern of not being completed on time. I place the order a second time with a need by date within the range given and was denied again. It was finally accepted the third time I placed the order. I recommend putting the order on hold to find an acceptable date rather than canceling it. This was really frustrating.
