Product was AMAZING. However customer service was a bit difficult. I had sent an email just asking for an update on delivery, I knew I had been told a specific time frame but I had a simple question on delivery and was responded with you were told this and we have only had the order for 14 days. Which I completely understand, but asking if I could just get an update as to if the order would be delivered in the early days of the time frame or that later is a simple question.

We did get beautiful stoles delivered. The workmanship was great. Our order was denied due to the concern of not being completed on time. I place the order a second time with a need by date within the range given and was denied again. It was finally accepted the third time I placed the order. I recommend putting the order on hold to find an acceptable date rather than canceling it. This was really frustrating.

The printing wasn’t very clear and some of the letters would combine. There was also several pieces or string that were loose on the sash itself and on the writing. I was able to manually trim it all but the writing was still a bit off. if the photos was the problem maybe would have been nice for them to let us know a better photo was needed. doreen was very helpful through the process of timelines and questions i had about shipping!

Product was always perfect (quality and quantity). Communication with vendor was good. I am required to always get a quote before I can place an order. These are helpful. The invoice must always include our current tax rate. Thank you!

While they are great, Its hard to take out the wrinkles from the logo. thank you

The stoles looked great and everyone loved them! The only remark I have is that they can be challenging to get ahold of over the phone.
