I ordered custom diploma covers on May 14th for a June 5th graduation ceremony. I was told on May 28th that they would not be here on time. I now have one week to find these at another company. My sales rep, Sophie, totally dropped the ball.

I ordered my husband a graduation sash. It arrived in the time the company quoted and was just as I ordered. I am always concerned about ordering from companies who ship directly from China, but in this case, the package came via DHL and the process worked well.
