I’m going to try as much as I can to make this review detailed . We are Currently on our third month of the canvassing service. First month generated 35 Appointments, only 6 led to actual shows and 2 sales. we work with other marketing firms so we expected a low fall on the first month and we were asked to add more people because they were still learning the city. Then we added two more people ( a total of 4) and we were at 55 in our second month ( 10 shows-5 sales) and we are in the third month now and on the second week at 41 leads, 10 shows and 4 sales so far. One bad sale because the homeowner did not qualify for the credit financing . I was really concerned after the first month and I wanted to hold off on a review because I wanted to be sure. Canvassing is not the only marketing we do. We are a significantly larger compsny and as a result, use this as a substitute . I do not know how effective this would be for a smaller company because the conversion rates are only higher when you add more people. Grade A Hire took $19,000 from our company’s franchise owners. Immediately, the franchise locations began reporting that the “leads” were bad and that the canvasser training was poor. Once the non-refundable fee was paid by our locations, the relationship began to feel deceptive. We believe Grade A’s model is to provide the absolute minimum level of service and oversight as long as they can say “we compiled X leads.” We suspect many canvassing “leads” were actually fake given the contact data (names, phone numbers, addresses) were unusable. Upon complaint, our franchise locations were informed that the fees were non-refundable and that Grade A was completing its service under the terms of the contract. Please look beyond the 5-star reviews, research if the people leaving them are real, and do your homework on the individuals of this org. before signing anything. I highly recommend looking up the people you talk to at the company on LinkedIn. In hindsight, we now see the timing of their highest reviews is notable. Their highest reviews tend to follow their lowest reviews, as if they are recruiting reviews in order to manipulate average rankings.. Red Flags: · Review Manipulation: Look up the other reviewers. Based upon our experience, we suspect many reviews are their own canvassers or fake accounts. · "Leads": They claimed to deliver "record leads," at one location... but at both locations, data was unusable. Most of these leads had bad info or lacked basic contact details. To us, it was clearly a tactic to make it appear that they were delivering while actually providing zero value. Even submitted 2 leads with no address and no contact info days after we ended. They will likely reply to this with blame, excuses, or some other clever follow up. That's fine, I expect it. Just do your own research, please. Do not trust them with your business.
