Falls off my head and bad customer service
This cap does not work for straight hair and the insert makes the cap so heavy that it ends up falling right off your head. If you tilt your head at all it falls completely off because of how heavy it is. I am also disappointed to see that any bad review get responses from the company basically blaming the customer for the issues. They will say that it is user error or that you can change the headband etc. They offer no refunds or returns and they do not seem to be customer friendly. Complete waste of $20.

I purchased Grad Cap Remix for my son…
I purchased Grad Cap Remix for my son who will be graduating on May 13, 2023!!! He's not a fan of having anything on his head or having his afro messed up. The headband fits comfortably and secure.

A MUST BUY!
It came right when it said it would come and it's perfect! I love the design and I know it look great on my graduation day :) I also really appreciated the discount code that they do which really helps.

It looked bad on my striagjt hair
It looked bad on my striagjt hair. I Can see how it would look good on curly hair but don’t advertise it for bangs… the ring DIDNT even fit my cap.

Thank you for providing feedback. The Grad Cap Remix has been used and modeled on many different hair types including straight hair. The suggestion of it being great for bangs came from a customer who wore it with bangs. For the fit issue, we have published many videos with tips for how get it to fit. We also are posting videos showing the use of Grad Cap Remix with various brands of graduation caps.

Best invention ever!!
Best invention ever, works exactly how it's meant to! It snaps in easily and stays put. My daughter's cap looked neat and clean, we didn't have to worry about it not fitting over her braids, messing up her makeup etc. Perfect!
