Horrible and Expensive Product
The product was horrible and expensive! The material was very hard to snap together and very hard to take apart, especially when you have to redo them because no instructions were given out on how to wear them correctly. The cap did not fit right at all and was extremely big! In order for it to fit perfectly on my head, I had to tilt it back. When doing so, there was this huge gap between my head and the bottom half of the cap. The cap was also very insecure! It kept moving around and bobby pins could not hold it down in place! I literally had to hold onto my "grad cap remix" while walking down the stage. Truly a very sad experience for something that was supposed to be a happy and exciting experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on…
It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on the students head. We couldn’t use it. Wasted our money. Response: we watched the videos and read the instructions. it was inserted properly like the instructions said. it’s just not a one size fits all, if you have a child with a smaller head it doesn’t fit. It’s a good idea and maybe it works for some, just didn’t work for us.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry to hear you weren't able to use the insert. The insert was structured and tested with good results for being sturdy and stable. We have posted many videos to help with installation and positioning to ensure the best experience. Response: Although we do not advertise to fit all, we have received feedback and photos of kindergarten students using the insert with their caps. This is an area we were unsure of but based on the feedback, we can confidently say, when worn properly, the insert fits students down to kindergarten age.

Bought this with 2-3 business days…
Bought this with 2-3 business days shipping. Ordered on a Thursday. Said it showed up the following Wednesday (almost a week later) and still never received it. Will not be doing business with you again!

Falls off my head and bad customer service
This cap does not work for straight hair and the insert makes the cap so heavy that it ends up falling right off your head. If you tilt your head at all it falls completely off because of how heavy it is. I am also disappointed to see that any bad review get responses from the company basically blaming the customer for the issues. They will say that it is user error or that you can change the headband etc. They offer no refunds or returns and they do not seem to be customer friendly. Complete waste of $20.

It looked bad on my striagjt hair
It looked bad on my striagjt hair. I Can see how it would look good on curly hair but don’t advertise it for bangs… the ring DIDNT even fit my cap.

The suggestion of it being great for bangs came from a customer who wore it with bangs. For the fit issue, we have published many videos with tips for how get it to fit. We also are posting videos showing the use of Grad Cap Remix with various brands of graduation caps.

I thought it was going to be perfect…
I thought it was going to be perfect for my cap but the headband was to thin it would slip off my hair I feel that if you have straight hair it doesn’t work as much only if you have curly hair I really wish it would of worked out for me. I would recommend a different headband style.

Thank you for the feedback. We provide a complimentary unisex headband with each insert since we are providing it to a wide audience. With that in mind, we made the insert so that the headband is interchangeable if a better fit or different color is needed. For the future, we have already began working with our manufacturer on a customized headband to address these issues. Thank you again.
