Worst experience ever. No help whatsoever. Was lied to. Was told that it would ship by a certain day/date, which didn’t happen-it was three weeks later. Was told and promised that to make up for the bad experience that they would give some extra goodies with my item that I ordered but yet nothing was sent in addition to my order as promised Something that should have taken 15days took well over 45 days I would stay away and not do anything whatsoever ever with this company

Terrible company, customer service representative are rude and don't care. I will never use this company again and surprised that they are stilling business. Make sure you read everything carefully, they state that their materials that they use are listed all over the website but that's a lie they hide it in the fine print.

Never received item or no communication back.

It’s been 21 days since I’ve placed my order and on the website it says 10-15 days for fulfillment. I’ve had no follow up except for when I’ve personally reached out and I’ve yet to have an update. Yet I’ve financed it and have already had to make a payment without yet receiving the merchandise. I feel as though the communication is poor and fulfillment times should be more forthcoming and honest. I’ve gotten a few emails to rate and review my experience but I don’t yet have the product still to be able to actually review the product itself. This was for a birthday for my wife and it’s going to be missed now. Better communication is all one can hope for. When I finally receive the product I will submit a review on it.

I placed my order a good while ago, I still have not received the items. I have sent several emails needing a tracking number and I have yet received any information.
