Mike W.
The Worst Jewelry Company
I feel that both this company and the products they supply are bogus. Upon receipt, the merchandise was obviously cheap Chinese costume jewelry and I requested a refund. Customer Service agreed, but the restocking cost was 40% of the order amount, even though they advertise a 14-day money-back guarantee. Bait-and-switch. False descriptions and A.I. pictures. Fake backstory. BUYER BEWARE!!
Response from Grace & Helen JewelryOct 8, 2026
Dear Mike, Grace here again from Grace & Helen Jewelry. I noticed that you recently updated your review, and I felt it was important to respond personally once more, particularly because of the serious accusations that continue to be made about our boutique. First, I want to acknowledge that you were disappointed with your purchase. I have never dismissed that disappointment, and I am genuinely sorry that the jewelry did not meet your expectations. However, I must respectfully but firmly reject the accusations that our boutique is fraudulent, that our story is fabricated, or that we deliberately mislead our customers. These are serious claims, and they do not fairly represent who we are or the care we put into our business. Our jewelry collection is carefully hand-curated, with pieces selected across different materials, styles, and price points. We strive to make beautiful jewelry accessible without the high prices associated with traditional fine jewelry. We also recognize the importance of clearly communicating product materials and expectations, and we take specific concerns about descriptions seriously. Mike, what particularly saddens me is that your updated review does not acknowledge the time and personal attention we have devoted to addressing your concerns. We have not ignored you or refused to engage with you. Quite the opposite. We have communicated with you directly, listened to your complaints, explained the available return and refund arrangements, and made a genuine effort to find a resolution. Our return policy includes applicable conditions and return shipping costs. These are not hidden restocking penalties, and we do not believe it is fair to characterize our efforts to offer alternative solutions as a deliberate attempt to deceive you. We understand that you may still disagree with our policies or remain unhappy with the outcome. That is your right, and we respect it. But there is an important distinction between sharing a disappointing shopping experience and publicly presenting allegations of fraud, fabricated identities, and intentional deception as established facts. We have approached your concerns in good faith, and we sincerely hope that our efforts to resolve the situation will be represented fairly, even if your opinion of the jewelry itself remains unchanged. You are absolutely entitled to share your experience, Mike. We are not asking you to remove your review or change your rating. We simply believe that readers deserve an accurate and complete picture of how your concerns have been handled. It is genuinely upsetting to see our boutique described in these terms after the effort we have made to communicate respectfully and work toward a solution. We care deeply about our customers, and when something goes wrong, we want the opportunity to address it. That commitment remains the same regardless of whether someone leaves us a five-star review or a one-star review. Mike, I sincerely wish your experience had been a happier one. Despite our differences, I hope we can at least agree that our conversations deserve to be represented with the same fairness and respect we have tried to extend throughout this process. Warmly, Grace 💚 Grace & Helen Jewelry
