I ordered 4 door decor kits...4…
I ordered 4 door decor kits...4 different ones. One was for a Christmas tree decor, one for reindeer decor, one for angel decor, and one for poinsettia decor. They sent the 4 kits, but all had instructions for the poinsettia decor. I have emailed them over and over and they won't send me the instructions for the other 3 kits. Their ordering page shows that each kit has its own instruction page. They keep telling me that it's all basically the same, just use the one for the poinsettia and use the picture to make adjustments for the other kits. I find this highly unacceptable, especially as I am giving these kits as gifts to other people. I'm frustrated beyond belief that they won't send me the correct instructions. I will never purchase from them again. My next step is to challenge the charge on my credit card as I did not receive the complete kit as ordered. UPDATE: After I mentioned false advertising, pictures of the product don’t match what was shipped, materials are not the same, and sent them many photos and emails, they finally ended up giving me a full refund if I took down my review. This is my update instead of taking it down so that other people aren’t duped into buying something and getting something different. I trashed all 4 kits.

I ordered a hat and for some reason it…
I ordered a hat and for some reason it wasn’t delivered I contacted customer service and they were great! They said it was a rare logistical issue and arranged to send me a new one! No cost to me. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Tanya

Do not order from this company!!!
Placed an order June 23rd. They sent me a fake tracker showing my item moving around to different locations, still do not have it. Has said it's "out for delivery" for many days now. This company is a scam!!! Do not order from them, unless you just like throwing money away!
