I ordered a ring on May 5th and still no where to be found. Tracking it is worthless, I have watched it do from China to Canada, to my city, back to Canada. It has been sitting in the Southern district federal courts for my state now at least two weeks. Customer service is non existent, no reply to several emails. Going to chalk this up to if it looks to good to be real, than it probably is not real. Thankfully it was only $30 and I will do a lot more research in the future. Why is there no way to leave zero stars??

Buyer beware!! I needed to return my order and was given the run-around. I requested a full refund multiple times and they kept offering discounts if I would keep the order. After repeated messages declining their offer, they finally agreed to a full refund. I returned the merchandise as instructed. After several days, I inquired to the status and they claimed that they were having “technical issues” and their finance team was “currently unable to process the payment” and that they were “actively working to resolve this matter.” I saw another review with the same type of response. I feel this is an unethical company practice. My next step is to report the charge as fraudulent.

I ordered my rings and waited forever for them to arrive. I sent an email to support as directed on my order. No response. Then I received the rings and the sizing was not as expected. I immediately sent an email again to support stating that not were the sizing of rings off but one of the stones on the bezel setting on the stack of 4 rings I purchased was lifting and crooked. Still no response to my email. I have sent yet another follow up and no response. Now upon wearing the two toned ring I also purchased, it is starting to make finger green and the metal is losing the luster. I provided pictures of the rings in question and zero resolution or anything from company. It’s like I’ve been ghosted.

There are earrings that supposedly been delivered but never show up and when you contact someone representing Grace they tell you they were delivered then you act them agaun and the story is they are sending them out. Also merchandise that was cancelled and check cashed already asked for money refunded back they want you to take 25% of want you paid. Received jewelry that looks like it came out of a gumball machine and to return it back is a joke. I just want my money back. I am fighting for that as we speak. If Grace made jewelry this bad, I see why they just ask for shipping costs. Had an order that was cancelled not even 5 minutes after it was done, received an email telling me the refund was issued waited a month still no refund. Contacted Grace was told refund happened long ago. Emailed them again the supervisor wants me take 25% of what was paid of an order that was never done. I am fighting now to get the whole amount.

Nice designs, Packaging was also good.

Very beautiful ring that I haven't taken off since I bought it. It's elegant and gets a lot of attention.
