I would give zero stars if that was possible. The ring I received was very poor quality and the stone fell out within the first hour. When I checked, the photo of the woman on their home page is AI generated.

Cheap n tacky piece nothing like the beautiful picture shown on the website, definitely not sterling silver or hand crafted, utter disappointment, will not buy from them again, save your money and go somewhere better

I will never order from Grace Jewelry again. I ordered a set of earrings, and they do not look anything like in the advertisement. The earrings I received are just junk. I thought I was getting a good deal for $39, but I ended up getting ripped off. Beware of this company.

Would be no stars. The ring I received is nothing like the picture. I’ve emailed 3 times. Sent pictures. No response other than the canned ‘got your message…” Very disappointed in products and customer service.

I would give 0 stars too. Wanted a ring for Mothers Day and the one they sent was no where near the photo pictured on their Facebook page. They sent me a replacement and it was the same ring they previously sent. They wouldn’t give me a refund as they had issues with their systems. Since then no replies to my emails. Terrible customer service! And now the webpage doesn’t work. Go figure!
