Great app - get paid for playing games
Great app where you can get paid for playing mobile & PC games. The customer service support option is broken, they have an AI bot that’s called Earnie that repeats itself going around in circles and even when asking to “speak to a human or Speak to customer service” nothing happens. It’s really disappointing because grabtap used to be great when it started up but now it seems they have become complacent and rely on broken AI systems to keep up with the backlog of raised issues.
