GrabCartReviews of grabcart.com

On June 11,2017 I placed an order with beatycoutoure.cartgrab.com. Today is August 9, 2017 & I have yet to receive my items nor have I got a response to ANY of the MANY contact letters I sent to them. There is no phone number to call so no way to deal with a person so I'm guessing my only option is to let the BBB handle this. I've seen other sites reading this site is a scam but nothing is being done. Btw, order#310056 for $8.86-Kylie Matte Lip +Liner-LEO 21 colors. If anyone can direct me somewhere useful, I would greatly appreciate it! Yvonda Turner

they are the worst... even when i contact them no responce please dont buy anything .

TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM It's a total scam!!! I am so angry!! Don't use them. Bought something from kkbeauty and nothing has arrived and no one replies to your messages!!! Please heed my warning!

It's a scam! Don't use them. Bought something from kkbeauty which is a copy of kkwbeauty website (that should've alerted me / but I missed it!) Nothing has arrived and no one replies to your messages! Total scam!

This company is A TOTAL SCAM! Cart grab, I'm talking about YOU! They tried to tell me that they didn't have anything to do with any of the sales that transpire in their site.... what a crock!! I purchased a product and never got it! They said they would provide me with a tracking number within 72 hours but didn't. I have emailed the seller AND cartgrab numerous times. The seller never even wrote me back, and then cartgrab sends me a rude email telling me that basically it's not their problem. Well that s interesting, then what does my order say, "powered by cartgrab" on the bottom of it? That's like Whole Foods saying it's not their responsibility to replace a moldy food product because it comes from a different seller.. umm nope! Not how this works. Do not use cartgrab!!!! SCAM!!!!!

Took my money immediately I placed my order July 16, 2017 it's Aug 3 and haven't received anything I sent emails and no one has answered...,,SCAM!!!

I order some items 31 May17 but have not received the items as of 8 Jul 17. I have sent a couple of emails but have not received a response. Do not purchase from this business they are sure to take your money and not provide the product.

I placed two orders and they billed me right away. It has now been 3 month's no product and no refund. I keep emailing them but get the same response every time... they suck!! I cannot find a customer service number to even call. I as well just get an email fro Chad saying it will be shipped next Monday. I want to know why???
