After I placed my order, i realized i made a mistake in the shipping address.....so I sent an email to GrabCart customer service. Within seconds my address was corrected. Later in the week I received my product. That's the kind of service I love!

Store beside me wanted to sell same product on grabcart.com to me 3 times more money. I never heard of grabcart.com, but as soon as I saw their price and great reviews, I ended buying from them. My order came exactly in 3 days. Thank you guys.

I ordered a christmas toy for my son 4 days ago and have not heard from this company. The toy was offered through Mr Toys.com. I have attempted to contact Grabcard via email but there's no reply and the same goes with Mr Toys.com. Neither site has a phone number. Funny thing is, I checked the Mr Toys site and they don't offer the toy GrabCart was advertising. Now I have to wait 10 days for PayPal to resolve the issue and refund my money. In the meantime, if I don't find and purchase an alternate ($289) toy, my son will be without his Christmas present. So now I have to tie up almost $600 because I tried to save $20 as Grabcart had the lowest price. They should change their names Grab Hard and never let go. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"

I received my "New" headphones in a reasonable time; however, the blister pack was opened. Items listed by the manufacturer as pack-ins were missing including the connection cable (to plug the headphones in to a stereo) and a carry case. I have requested a RMA (return merchandise authorization) or the missing parts twice. Grabcart claims not to be the seller but, rather, a 3rd party called Natcellular. My order and my money went to Grabcart based on Grabcart's ad and description of the merchandise. If they had Natcellular dropship the headphones then, I believe, Grabcart maintains a responsiblity to the customer to ensure the items are as Grabcart stated in the advertisement. Grabcart is powerless to ensure you get what you order.
