GPL TimesReviews of gpltimes.com

I dont like being suddenly charged a year later , the emphisis is on free so you dont realise this. Also WordPress and everything related to it is horrible , user-unfriendly and using an open source vibe to mask the commercialism , then when you pay for a plugin your site stops working or just slows down if your Lucky. GpL is an obsolete service to an obsolete platform and i highly recommend for people to consider astro or fastht.ml for webdevelopment or a nice low code builder , look for nice platforms that say " no creditcard required" because thats the kind of future we want , not this crap

My experience with gpltimes.com has been extremely disappointing, and I feel like a fool for subscribing to it. Most of what they offer are products from Envato Elements, which I could have accessed for the same price if I subscribed directly. They even have a request option, but they never actually consider these requests, and most of them get rejected. About 80% to 90% of the themes I looked for are not available, and I have no idea why they expect us to continue with them after all this. It's truly a letdown, and starting next month, I'll be switching to festingervault.com. I regret leaving it in the first place, as there's simply no real competition to it.

I've been charged three times this month for one subscription, terrible service when asked why I have been charged again after paying.

Very bad experience. I bought their monthy package. Many product need to activation with extra cost also need to share login information. It,s very bad 🖕

Up until recently i had nothing but praise for their support. Strangely the past few weeks no one updates the plugins to their latest versions (per my request) and i have a support ticket open for 5 days (#1126) for a plugin that is supposed to be activated, but it is not, causing me downtime and frustration. Also there are add-on plugins that are missing from a suite of plugins which makes no sense whatsoever! They have for example 10 out of 12 addons and they never add the missing 2 and you are stuck with missing functionality. I do not know why they went from answering and updating plugins within a few hours to this mess but they need to fix it ASAP because i am loosing money and valuable time. If they fix the above issues i will change my score to something more appropriate, but as it stands right now i am disappointed in one of the best gpl sites out there. Regards

Please clearly consider before to use their service Pros: + Fast update + Reliable update resources Cons: + Their system sometime charges your card automatically without any request. If you require to refund, they will charge you about 10% fee to refund your money + Leeching free shared resources from largest forum then selling to you with expensive price + They will cut out your download credit on first & last day of your monthly credit + Customer service is useless & terrible + They will add some free resources on Wordpress marketplace, trick you download them & steal your credits wastefully + Adding some sunk cost for making money from you with some resources Don't throw your money out the windows by using them. There are many providers can do well & more qualitively than them

GPLTimes has the worst support... worst service... now I can't create a ticket... paused my membership and never unpaused it. They could have given me a warning if I was downloading a lot instead of just blocking my account. What a rip off! Will NEVER recommend to anyone. I rather be with themeprice.
