GPLPlusReviews of gplplus.com

They are a bunch of scammers I purchased from them and it does not work because of the license key. I contacted support and after 36 hours it tells me that the theme does not work and cannot be refunded.

I purchased two themes, and neither of them could be activated. When I tried to contact support, they just kept saying, *"Please wait, our team is trying to bypass it."* If the product isn't GPL licensed, why is it even listed on the store? When I requested a refund, they offered me a voucher code instead, telling me to use it for a future purchase. Why would I want to buy anything else from them after this experience?

I have been buying my themes and plugins at GPLPlus for over 5years and I’m happy that through them I get premium themes and plugins at very affordable prices and everything works well and their support is impressive they respond and assist in between a few minutes to a few hours. I honestly hope they remain online forever and that they widen theme selections

GPLPlus Suppport is very responsive and goes above and beyond. The plugins and themes are high quality and work exactly as expected.

I first purchased flatsome after using it for a few days then updated it after it came and since then it was showing license invalid. they were saying that it can be used for life time .I also bought another theme since first install I was asking for license but they didn't give it to me with the theme After contacting them they kept me waiting for two to three weeks and no reply. My question is if we have taken this product from the developer then why there are saying and they told me in support that it will be bypassed that's why I am taking time why should it be bypassed if we take the product from the developer. my ticket ID 23732.
