I’d say their customer service is terrible, but that would imply they actually have one—which they don’t. I purchased a plugin that was supposed to include the license through them. I downloaded it, only to find it completely locked. Over the past week, I’ve sent three separate messages (!!!) and received absolute radio silence. No replies, no callbacks, nothing. Save your hard-earned money and do not buy from them!

They sold me plugin without the license and do not reply to the support emails.

Be careful—this site is a scam. Two days ago, I purchased the "Visual Portfolio Pro" plugin from this site. I paid for a version that includes lifetime updates. After payment, the only available download was a version from three years ago (version 1.0), whereas the current version is 3.0. To make matters worse, I downloaded and installed the plugin on my site, and it doesn't work at all. I messaged them—it’s been nearly three days, and no one has gotten back to me; they simply took my money and vanished. I will never buy from this site again! Be smart and learn from my mistake: don't buy from them either, unless you want to go through what I did and pay for something you never received!

I bought the Divi Theme, Rank Math Pro, and Polylang Pro bundle for ~€49. When I had the files technically reviewed, I found that both Rank Math Pro and Polylang Pro contain code injected into the main plugin file that writes a fabricated account into the WordPress database and intercepts calls to the real developers' license-check servers (rankmath.com, polylang.pro), returning forged "license valid" responses. This isn't just GPL redistribution without a key - it's code that actively fakes a working license. When I raised this with support ("Dave"), I got a copy-paste response claiming these are "genuine GPL-licensed products" and was asked to describe "functionality issues" instead - no acknowledgment of the actual problem. No refund was offered even after a clear request with the transaction details. I've had to file a chargeback with my bank. If you're considering buying from GPLPlus, know that what you receive isn't a clean copy of licensed software - it's software with tampered licensing logic, and support will not engage with that once you point it out.

Support is awful! I ordered a Wordpress plugin, paid with crypto, they cancelled my order! Submitted a ticket 4 days ago, no reply!

They are completely scammers I paid for the theme but they didn't deliver it to me If you want to waste your money, don't buy from this site

They are a fake website that collects money and doesnt deliver. Pay Pal are aware of their antics and are blocking them.

This is a complete scam now, it used to work, but now it doesn't I have seen everyone say this in the forums as well you pay for it and then it doesn't send you a password you get broken links, and then there support doesn't work, I've emailed several times with no response. Absolute scam
