I paid for a plugin that was free through the developer. This plugin required a license that was not provided. Tried to contact customer service to no response. Had to chargeback.

I paid 1 plugin and my account…
I paid 1 plugin and my account cancelled after one month. It's best to stay away from this site. I believe the 5 star reviews for this site are either purchased or fake accounts, you can see the entire user account has only 1 review. Update replying... If the account expires, is there any good notice? if it expires the account is deleted don't allow web login to renew or buy more services, stupid and lousy

My friend, you purchased one plugin in November 2022 and had two months of update and download access. Today is March 25, 2023, which means your access expired in February and you should have contacted support earlier for any issues, why today. Now tell me in which sense you are accusing us. Thank you. My friend i think you looking for issues?! on your 3$ purchase which is long time ago expired , whats so important in your login?! you can register again without all these arguments unless your intension is something else Thank you again

Plugins don’t work, support refuses to refund. Avoid!
I bought three plugins and none of them worked. They all required licenses which GPL Designers couldn’t provide. Their standard response is that the plugins work for them so it must be something wrong with your side, even though I tested the plugins on a fresh WP install. They refunded two plugins but refused to refund the third one, even though I can’t use it, so I’m forced to do a chargeback through PayPal. My advice is to avoid GLP Designers. Edit: GPL Designers seem to spend a lot of time aggressively avoiding refunds, when they could be investing that time addressing the issues. I’ve never known anyone to fight so hard to keep $3. Surely better to keep the customer happy and avoid bad reviews and chargebacks, but they seem to be greedy.

We Refunded your 6$ first order 3$ for second order and your review not changed even you never bother to reply emails once you recieved the refund means you are one of those who buy products and claim false issues for refund so next time if you need any product just ask for it we will provide it for free my friend no worries thank you
