I had received something I didn’t order. I received the order the night before I flew out. I contacted them but did not have a pick they where in the US and I was now in Austria. My wife sent me a pick I sent to them and it was mailed before I finished my work. My experience with their customer service was the best experience I’ve ever had with a merchant! Customer for life! The hideout is a great addition to my collection! Happy Clouds folks!

It's really annoying when I see humans that obviously want to trash something that doesn't meet their needs. G-Pen doesn't deserve a 3 star. My experience from start to finish was insanely perfect. Even though we had a blizzard for a few days package was only 1 day late... woulda been early. FYI... I ordered consumables from them. 2DAYS shipping!! Lol And it was free shipping. My Hyer has been flawless since I received it. Next... getting the dry herb bucket!! Thank you guys!!! Let's get this review score up!!

I ordered something on a Black Friday deal. I really wanted it but I realized on Monday that I had ordered the wrong thing. Entirely my mistake. I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed the company if it would be possible to cancel or change my order. I 100% expected a no, of course, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. They said yes and refunded me right away! In the meantime, my boyfriend ordered the thing I actually wanted so we were still able to take advantage of the Cyber Monday deal. Thank goodness. Very appreciative of the understanding of this company and of being treated like a human by them. I don't feel like that happens a lot these days. They really didn't have to refund me, a lot of places don't cancel orders at all. I was prepared to receive a no and just suck it up. But this made my day and saved my wallet a little. :) I can't wait to try the GPen Roam. Maybe someday I'll order the GPen Connect again...this time, on purpose. Lol.
