Smooth and straight forward User Experience
I found the user experience straight forward and easy to use. Althoug it would have been nice to be able to drag and drop the passport scan into the upload field. Would have preferred to use the PDF format for the passport upload for ease of viewing, but it did not accept that format. Otherwise, a very smooth experience.

The application was easy to complete and didn't take much time. Th approval arrive in less than 24 hours.

Don't worry, it's legit if pricey
After years of applying for ESTA's directly I finally fell foul of the Google search for the official ESTA site and landed on the Govswift website. It wasn't until I'd pressed submit that I realised. Luckily this is not a scam, I had my ESTA within a few hours - I'm just a little more out of pocket. My own fault.

Completing the form was easier than before. I got an OK within hours. Only the price was a disappointment.
