When I had another issue, I emailed Taylor and she emailed me back that she would call me and help me. She called me and answered all of my questions. It made the process so much easier and clearer.

I ran into questions about renewal with an upcoming trip. I emailed and got an answer to my questions along with an explanation and solution within just a few hours. This was totally unexpected! With large agencies like this, I assumed it would be weeks to hear back. I was very grateful for the quick response. Lainie B was so helpful.

Help & followup was very prompt and helpful but the on line steps to apply and then access the dashboard was confusing to me. I am a senior with decent computer skills and I hope to complete this soon, probably with more help from “Taylor”.
