Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. We want to clarify that we are not a government website, and this is disclosed throughout our process. Our service provides assistance with preparing and reviewing passport applications, which is separate from the government’s application fee. We would welcome the opportunity to review your case and address any concerns directly. We did refund you in full but have not heard back from you. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you further.

Paul, We have reached out to you multiple times to clarify your experience and to confirm that your order has been fully refunded. To provide clarity, the service you purchased includes the preparation and review of your passport application, along with a completed PDF and mailing instructions to help guide you through the submission process. This is a third-party assistance service and does not include the government’s application fee. We understand there may have been confusion, and we are more than happy to walk through this with you directly. Please respond to our outreach so we can ensure everything has been properly resolved on your end.
