We’ve reviewed your case Jacob and can confirm that a full refund has already been issued. Our support team previously contacted you to provide clarification regarding the service and assist with your concerns. For clarity, our service is a third-party application assistance platform and is not affiliated with the government. This is disclosed clearly throughout the website prior to checkout. Our role is to provide guided support, completed forms, and resources to reduce errors that can cause delays, along with step-by-step instructions to help ensure applications are completed correctly. Government fees are separate and paid directly to the issuing agency. While some customers choose to complete the process on their own, others prefer added guidance and support. Protecting our customers’ personal information is something we take very seriously. Information submitted through our service is handled in accordance with our privacy and security practices and is used only as necessary to provide the requested service. If you have any remaining questions or need further assistance, our team is available to help. Given that your concern has been resolved with a refund, we would kindly ask that you consider updating your review to reflect the resolution.
