Scott Dacri FYI Do NOT buy from a liquidity service on Gov Deals . I have bought from orig county and state auctions with absolutely no problem. Latest auction unknowingly from a liquidity service and getting the big FU with waiting a month supposedly for titles on vehicles. Paperwork not in hand for sales . They take the money and then its tough sh*t wait for weeks . DO NOT USE A LIQUIDATOR on the auction page .

Bid on a vehicle states "4 tires,all hold air" except they forgot to say ones in accident and tucked under floor. So I refuse,they whip out,default/blocked. To restate pay bid,but,you don't get nothing,just the satisfaction of paying someone's lunch. Careful bidding on this site. But the reviews prove it.

Super disappointed with this company. My first purchase nice and easy. Won my bid, paid for shipping and got items. My 2nd purchase. Terrible! Seller puts willing to ship in the description. I won the bid. I reach out to the seller, call and email to find out how I pay for shipping. No reply. I call customer service they reach out and hear nothing. I email the seller again nothing and copied their customer service. Their customer service is very nice I will add. I call customer service again, after a period of time they tell me the customer does not like to ship… I live in CA they are out of another state. Had I known that I would not have bid, pretty simple! The customer service said what would I like to do? I said just cancel it. I’m not going to drive there and it’s not worth it it’s 200 in coins…. Now how am I in the wrong? I did my due diligence. Seller does not like to ship. They want me to pay an $85 cancelation fee…. Because now he is ok shipping it!!! He should pay me for all the time I wasted on this crap! They say my account will be suspended until I pay. Why would I ever buy anything from them again they don’t protect the buyers! I guess the seller important one. My caution to anyone is: 1, Don’t bid on something out of your area, as you may get stuck paying fees and have weeks of frustration. When you try to do everything correctly. 2. Any contact with customer service either record or follow up in writing so you have proof of your conversations. How about buyers get compensated when sellers fail to communicate! Maybe they would reply quicker and avoid this type of frustration!!

I see a lot of negative comments. I have bought some pretty awesome stuff on this site. From an estate sale I bought movie clips black and white from the 50’s to the 80’s Some are valued at 600 dollars. A collectors item. I have bought pocket knives and various other items. Customer service with each state I have dealt with has been excellent. Be careful of what you bid on and compare it to what you would have to pay for it on eBay As far as automobiles I wouldn’t they have been confiscated. But the auto’s they tell you and give you time to check it out. I highly suggest it. It’s a fun site never had a problem.

I did not purchase the property, but my account was automatically awarded a bid saying I purchased the property. I was later tricked into paying. The house is in such a dilapidated state that it has no market value. I was scammed out of $33,000. This company also lied to me that I had purchased a car and asked me to pay for it. I have already reported this case to the police. They said I had won the auction and purchased a car that had no value. A car of very little value, I did not buy it from them. govdeals.com sent me an email threatening me to pay and pay for it. I have called the police and filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General, the Chicago Attorney General, and the Los Angeles Attorney General. Now I have taken the case to court

Process for payment is totally screwed up, funds sent, verified by all the banks, no action from GovDeals. Customer service is horrible, nobody knows anything other than we sent it to accounting. They take 24 hours to respond to any issue and even then its a deflect and delay. Only thing that is timely is the constant emails threatening to cancel your winning bid due to late payment. They received the funds less than 24 hours after auction close.

Auctions won’t end if there’s a competing bid it extends EACH TIME 3 mins or 5 minutes FOREVER there’s no end until 1 of the 2 competing bidder gives up, but it will go on ITS JUST OUT TO GET YOIUR $$$ for top 2 bidders to compete, you will keep outbidding each other, the last minute bids kept getting extended so it went on for maybe 30 minutes after the auction is supposed to end What is an auction end time then there needs to be a limit of EXTENDED TIME It just frustrates you and you probably pay more than you want to outbid in the heat of the moment I have paid for my auctions they cost 1000s I waited 2 days now I called the seller which is an airport and they hung up on me and didn’t get any certificates about pick up and CS won’t respond so I m not sure if I got scammed
