Be smart about it...

Unfortunately I did not do my homework before jumping into an auction. Regardless of whether you win or lose an auction you can potentially end up spending double the amount of what the item is worth. You also have to purchase “points” to bid on an item and if you win, you then have to pay the entire bid amount which to me does not make any sense. Unless you know how to win a bid without spending too much money on points and the winning bid amount (more than the actual cost of the item) then this is great for you, otherwise definitely stay away and don’t even try to use this site!

GovAuctions sells expired as well as false products. I am shocked that these buyers are not doing their research when they receive one of their items. Almost every single beauty product that I bought from here was expired or not authentic. I did my research and reached out to the actual companies, some gave me the expiration dates, and others stated they could not prove authenticity due to the way it came as GovAuctions not being an authorized vendor. I reached out to GovAuctions and they tried to make only ONE sale right but they sent me MORE EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!! This company is a hack and the people using it are not paying attention. Beware and stay away if you don’t wish to lose a TON of money for bad, expired, non legit, or discontinued beauty products. Trust Pilot has asked me for the date of the experience and I put down 1 date as it doesn’t allow me to put down all of the dates that I had issues with.

Great experience using this app. Customer service was easy to reach and super fast with resolution! Highly recommend.
