If u have a lot of money to spend, then this awesome. But don't be fooled by the word auction. U bid, u lose, u lose all ur points that u have paid for. Of u spend a $100 on points, and u lose all ur points, ur done. No money , absolutely nothing.

Scam app
Scam app, when you bid you lost that money forever even if you don’t win the item! 100% scam, and when you sign up it automatically takes $30 from your card without asking! ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Everyone who’s left a review has left only 1! Fake account reviews!

1 STAR
1 STAR — Absolutely unacceptable. Fix your damn login system!
my username to login is Zaid_1
I suddenly can’t log in to my account. Every time I try, I get the same stupid error claiming my username or password is incorrect. I tried resetting my password, but the reset email NEVER arrives.
Yet somehow, your app can still send me auction notifications perfectly fine. So your notifications work, but I can’t access my own account or my existing points? Seriously?
I even tried contacting support by phone, and that was a complete waste of time. I should not have to jump through hoops just to access my own account.
This is completely unacceptable. Fix the login issue, explain what the hell is going on, and confirm that my account, points, and purchase history are safe. If your company claims to offer customer support, then prove it by actually helping customers instead of leaving them locked out.
I want a real explanation and a solution, not another generic response telling me to reset my password.

bidder beware!!!
I was bidding on an item and it was down to just one other bidder and myself. I had already spen $140 in bid points on this auction. When I went to place a another bid I kept getting the notice of Bid error. I had plenty of points in my account. This caused me to lose the auction. So I am out $140 because of a technical issue on their site. Tried to speak with customer service but could not get any help besides an AI agent. Very shaddy of them to all of sudden have bidding error issues

Took without reason or permission
Downloaded. Got free points to use for bidding. Went thru the points with a cap on bidding. Did not win either of the items. DID NOT purchase more points just bowed out. Looked at bank account online this morning GovAuction took $30 from my account? ! Seriously? Disputed this transaction with my bank, when resolved I will be deleting GovAuction. Leaving review up, Read their response. They called taking $30 a surprise charge ! Yes, it was that. Wow.

Not worth the hassle like a review on…
Not worth the hassle like a review on here said this is not a action this is a raffle you spend money to buy point and then you use it to bid. Even if you dont win your points are gone. Have been bidding on a single item for 3 days and I bought points to keep my bid going. Once I calculated you literally spend more money than what some items are worth buying points.
Response from GovAuctionsOct 13, 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to explain your perspective. Our onboarding tutorial is designed to make the points system clear before anyone places a bid, so we'd really encourage a look through it if you haven't already. On top of that, every new member's first purchase is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee, which means the platform can be tried risk free. Our support team is available around the clock if you'd like to go through any of it.

I spent over $1,100 bidding on a $700 iPad and still lost
First, GovAuctions, BidKing, and DealDash show the same items, the same auctions, and the same bidders. They are the same platform presented under three different names. I want people to know that when reading reviews or deciding where to spend their money.
Please understand how much this can cost before you start bidding. The auction price is not the full price you pay. Every bid costs money, and you can spend more than an item is worth without winning anything.
I placed more than 10,000 bids on an iPad worth roughly $700. I paid at least 11 cents per bid, so I spent at least $1,100 and still lost.
Why did I keep going? I was told that if I won, I would get half of what I had spent back. Once I had already spent so much, winning felt like the only way to recover some of it. When I had raised concerns about the platform before, I was also given a tip to bid on only one item at a time. I followed that advice with this iPad. Instead of spreading out my bids, I put everything into one auction and walked away with nothing.
The auction went on for about two days, with the countdown resetting to around nine seconds whenever someone bid. The platform promotes “no last minute steals,” but bidders who had placed a bid before the cutoff appeared able to return near the end. That was not what I expected from that claim.
I cannot verify whether bots are involved. I can document my bid purchases, the auction, and my bidding history with screenshots. My experience was that the bidding costs kept adding up while the possibility of getting some money back made it harder to walk away. Please look beyond the displayed auction price and consider what you could lose before placing a bid.

Thank you for writing this out in such detail. You've raised several specific points, from the timer resetting and the late-bid claim through to the advice you were given and the overall cost of the bids placed, and each of those warrants a proper look rather than a general response. Our FAQ and tutorials cover how general bidding, points, and auction extensions work, but given the scale of what you've described, we'd rather review your account history with you directly. We try to make reaching a real person as quick and easy as possible, so please get in touch with our support team and they'll go through everything step by step, including anything you'd like clarified about how our auctions are run. Again, thanks for sharing.
