Most gift recipients will hesitate to tell you if a gift is poorly presented. The gourmet gift "basket" came in an ordinary cardboard box and did not arrive on time. Next time I'll use a food delivery service like Doordash or Uber Eats for a fraction of the price.

I do not know how this company got high reviews on their site (probably bots), but I ordered a gift basket on a Thursday for a grieving man that lost his sister Thursday and now its Monday and he still has not received it. I paid $50 overnight shipping and its been 4 days, the tracking still says it has not been shipped (I took a screen shot to show them if I ever hear back from finance about getting me a shipping refund)I called their number and pressed #4 for support. The lady was really nasty and rude. Tried to make all these excuses and told me I couldn't cancel cause it shipped already which is not even true. She said i could pay $15 to ship it back (its food...) and I could get the re3fund for the basket, but now grieving man has no grieving snacks and I am mad.

FRAUD and False advertising! 10 % off NOT applied (after i gave my e mail and text information) and when a Same Day Delivery item was chosen for a funeral, date for delivery offered was 17 days later. I called the company to complain and they said they couldn't change the website. TOTALLY MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER AND FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT USE.

this site is an anarch it's thieves I made a payment with my credit card I made a mistake on the delivery address I wanted to change I called them to correct it when I did calls they make me understand that my order has been canceled I ask them to refund my money they tell me impossible it's the horror this site never order on it they are thieves

This does not even rated as 1 star. Beware of the company that has this statement in their policy. There are a lot of them operates this bad practice. These companies are scammers. They also add their own fake reviews to make customers believe. "Substitution Policy For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product."

Gift basket was ordered one week ago, and scheduled for delivery four days later. Item still has not arrived. Seller is unresponsive and unapologetic.
