This was the most ridiculous gift basket ever...it looked so nice on the web page but I was super disappointed how cheap it looked and it wasn't cheap! Would never purchase another one...waste of money!

The basket was 2 days late and took 6 days to ship. The fruit was bruised, brown and disgusting. They were soft and mealy. Their reviews have to be all bots. Put a negative up and it disappeared!

Received an expensive gift basket from this company. Chocolate was old, stale and in strange packaging. One small box had lindt truffles and a photo copy of the nutritional value. Other items were crushed and had to be crushed prior to putting in the box. It feels like this has been sitting on a shelf for years and items regifted. Do not purchase from this company.

They keep spamming my email even after unsubscribing. Not worth it. If you place an order you will be spammed with emails even if you don’t opt in to their newsletter. Buyer beware

Never delivered! Paid extra for “hand delivery” Received order in morning and by 4:30 pm still not delivered. These people are phonys. You can’t trust them.

We ordered a gift basket for our Airbnb guest and told them to expect it on Saturday. To our unhappy surprise it never arrived. OMG how embarrassing that our guest who is leaving today informed us that the basket never arrived. Unbelievable and so unprofessional.

On Mother's Day weekend, my mom received her "ALL My Love Berries" and when it got there it was completely damaged and I have photos to prove it. I sent a message days ago to Gourmet Gift Baskets about getting my refund and haven't heard anything back from them. Poor customer service and very disappointed about how it's being handled.

Its been 3 month 6 calls, one conversation, and5 calls to voicemail and my $200 gift basket to my new business partner us still not delivered. It was returned and they didn't tell me, when I found out, they want me to pay again for shipping, and they still have not sent it out again. The service is TRASH. I had 6baskets I needed to send after this one. Well I'll update if anything ever happens.
