Made an order for my wife for valentines day, paid 20$ in shipping to have it delivered on the 14th, valentines day. Didn't arrive until the 17th, and the roses that were over 100$ are already dying, the didnt even bloom, needless to say this is my one and only order from these folks, do not recommend

Ditto to the person who also ordered a gift basket for their husband for Valentine’s Day delivery. The exact same issue happened to me. Not happy at all

i ordered WELL ahead of time (02/08/2025) to ensure the snack box I picked would be delivered to my husband at work on Valentine's Day. I paid $15.99 in shipping fees and picked the date in accordance with their instructions. I also spoke with CS over the phone to make sure they indicated that the delivery address is a business, the CS rep told me UPS takes this into account and that those deliveries typically happen before 9am. Okay, so far so good. I got an email 02/10 that my gift had shipped. I checked on the tracking information this morning and my gift still hasn't left Illinois (???) and it's now scheduled for delivery 02/17. The business isn't even open on President's Day, it's not Valentine's Day, and now my surprise which was guaranteed to arrive on the chosen date is completely ruined. Now I have to give my husband a lame excuse about Gourmet Gift Baskets being ass, not following through on their promises, and apparently giving zero f*cks (considering it's been 20 minutes and I'm still on hold with CS). Thanks so much, I love spending my hard-earned money on a company that doesn't deliver - literally or figuratively. There is literally no refund or coupon that can make up for the thing not being there on the day.

I've used this site a few times and have been happy. However, when I tried to place a new order and receive the 20% discount I was promised in an email, and to also redeem some rewards cash that I had earned from previous orders, it wouldn't let me use both. That's pretty tacky to offer me a discount then take it away when I tried to redeem rewards earned from previous purchases. I called customer service - they confirmed - I can only use one or the other. The "rewards" money was from previous purchases. Why would they take away the promised discount because I had bought from them before and they promised "rewards" points/cash? I'll go somewhere else. They do not appreciate returning customers.

I received a basket for my birthday from my mother who lives in another state. The quality was terrible and the entire basket was overpriced. When I asked her what she paid, she said over $100. This basket was worth $30 tops-fruit came under ripe and poor quality, small selection of nuts, tasteless crackers, and one sausage and one cheese. This was one big rip-off. Just terrible. The worst part is that my mother always tries to send nice gifts without thought to price, she just wants us to be happy and I feel like she was totally taken advantage of.

I ordered a gift basket for my parents for Christmas. I spent $154 in total. I never got an email confirmation but I did get charged. To top it off my parents never got their gift basket. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but they are not responding to me. I don’t want to call as based in the uk and will cost me a fortune as no UK number to call. Avoid this company as the customer service is non existent. They just took my money and now won’t help me.

I wish my mother in law had just sent my wife $300 cash or gift cards instead of so. much. inedible. crap. The cake pops are dry and gross cake covered in bad chocolate. The ice cream cone cake pops had chewy stale dollar store ice cream cones attached to those same bad cake pops just to step it up from the normal cake pops. The chocolate covered strawberries were mediocre and we ate 2 each of the milk chocolate and dark chocolate and the other 8 will probably get thrown away. The chocolate dipped oreos were the least bad item we were sent, but even those weren't good. Everything was dipped in white, milk, or dark chocolate and everyone we had try the white chocolate hated it. We didn't finish a single piece of the cake pops, oreos, or strawberries dipped in white chocolate. There was another gift basket with cheese and crackers and wine! Too bad the crackers were stale and one of them smelled so strongly (peppercorn and poppies?) you could smell it before the gift basket was unwrapped. The garlic cheddar was truly bad; it was like bad cheddar, mixed with artificial garlic, and a lingering aftertaste that I wanted to scrape out of my mouth. All in all, about the only thing that we finished was the bottle of La Marca prosecco and I could have bought that from the grocery store for $15. 0/5, make your own gift basket or send the person money instead. Literally hundreds of dollars in food and packaging waste were delivered to my door in five boxes, and they didn't manage to include one item that was good. They best they managed was good enough with the prosecco.

Avoid this company and save yourself a ton of frustration. I ordered on 1 August 2024, paid $20 for a 3 August delivery and the package still hasn’t been delivered on 5 August with no updates. I tried calling customer service, was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. This company doesn’t provide a service, they provide misery and frustration. Don’t order from them. Update, still no delivery on 6 August. Finally got through and was told I’d get a refund. If I don’t see it in a few days calling credit card company to withhold payment. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.
