Real easy process. Bought a new battery and called up to get better instructions and was on and off within a few minutes. Great job!

Bought Exxus pen and two cartridges. Tried for a week still no heat Now I see only red lights. Called customer service. After typical click menu and 30 minutes later. They are requesting a video. I am a 77 year old women, a video. Young lady says she will call me with video phone call. Over the next two hours I finally made the video. Guess what company says, video no good. All this for $12.00 product? Please buy from someone else. This company does not care about their customers. I give up. . Very sweet manager from Gotvape called and responded to all of my issues . I will buy from this company as they do respond. Thank you Gotvape.

Wow great service! I was unsure about some products and how they worked as I wanted to order something for my boyfriend. I didn't want to order something that does not work for him, they have so many! The young lady went over the variety of products and help me find which would fit him best. She was very informative really just made the process so much easier for me. She even took my order over the phone. Very sweet!!

Excellent customer service! I called, an actual PERSON *gasp* answered the phone and helped me resolve my problem. The problem was actually the fault of the USPS. Gotvape had the right address, The USPS mistyped it. The rep knew all about my order from the moment I said my name.got me sorted real quick. Thank you!

My battery would no longer charge and after sending in a quick video showing this, Ivy hooked me up. Within 24 hrs she had a replacement shipped out.

Blows me away when I read the reviews here. Exact opposite of my experience. I purchased a vape pen last year, stop working I figured I would have to buy a new one. Eve informed me that all I had to do was send a video of my pen not working, then that same day after getting my vid, they sent me a brand new unit. Thanks Got Vape, you Got my Business next time I purchase any vape related item
