I absolutely love my Exxus Snap, I have two now. One I got as a gift and then I purchased a backup. I’ve had the first one for almost a year and it’s still like the first day I got it. Eve at Exxus provided me with amazing service and got me my new vape in record time!!! Great product, excellent service...I’m a customer for life!!!

Admittedly, I made an a-s-s out of myself when I called a few weeks ago. I was new to this whole vaping thing and I was a little annoyed at their warranty steps. Even then tho they were still really patient and cool with me. I honestly feel bad about my behavior and low key forgot I was taking to a lady, let alone a human being. I was really disrespectful. I mean I bought this mini from some shotty smoke shop, didn't have my receipt, and even then they were still willing to help me. I was just being hella entitled. So, whoever I spoke to just know I'm sorry for being such a ****, and you were right...I had over filled the damn thing.

Great Customer Service! Got Vape went above and beyond to help make things right. I bought two vape pens that ended up being faulty and they totally worked with me to replace the faulty ones with working ones. I really appreciate the customer service I received. I will be a continued customer.
