Unbelievable customer service with Lesslie. She helped with replacing my defective unit and replaced with an ungraded unit. So patient and friendly.

Lesslie assisted me with a return. This young lady was helpful, polite, and very patient; the situation was a bit outside the norm. But nevertheless, she and Ivy took the time to assess the problem and assured me I will be getting my replacement this week. I've found them to be extremely easy to deal with.

Great experience, they were very attentive and straight to the point. Everything was executed in a very organized way and they did a great job at explaining things in a very detailed manner so that I could understand ☺️

Purchased a unit that was defective after a few months. Customer service was diligent and patient with me as I described my issue and took care of it. Marina helped me out and had the patience of a saint! She replaced my unit and made sure everything was crystal clear when shipping out the new unit and ensured I only had to pay for shipping! Would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a vape with great customer service to back up your purchase!

This was my 4th order with Got Vape, and probably not my last. The products are good quality and decently priced! I happened to notice on the site that there was a 20% off code but when I placed my order there wasn’t a prompt to enter the code. I emailed customer service and within a few hours I was responded to and told that normally they don’t add promos after the order has been placed but that they would make an exception for me this time. I received a refund for the promo discount within 5 days. Very cool of them to do that for me and so quickly.
