"Ordered 2 vaporizer products from them with 1-5 day shipping. Five days later the order still has not shipped and says "processing" so I call their CS number. I am told that the product is out of stock(website said it was in stock at time of order) so she offers an inferior replacement product or asks if I want to wait until late next week for the items I ordered to arrive and THEN ship???? When I ask why no notification of the back order she says "sorry that we did not notify you but we have been really busy" OK....So I say "you are too busy to deserve my business please cancel my order" She then tells me it takes them 24hrs to refund money back to a card?? Well 72 hours later still no refund showing as pending on my credit card so I had to dispute the transaction!! Avoid them like the plague...you have been warned!

Bought a replacement battery for puffit 2. received it 6 days later but would not take a charge. Have not responded to emails & when I called CS went to voice mail & still they have not responded. Piece of crap company

first they charge for an item that is out of stock. Then they don't bother telling us, but happily charge our credit card anyhow. Then, after a month and a half of waiting for the item to come into stock, we phoned the company. To be told that it is now ins stock, and would be shipped out priority post, we should receive it by friday ( 4 days). It wasn't. We received an email stating that it had been shipped, however, the email stated that the tracking did not work on the carriers website. After another week, I emailed and said I wanted a working tracking number. tracking shows that for some UNKNOWN reason, it shipped through japan...but that has nothing to do with Gotvape, according to them. I tend to believe canada post far more then Gotvape at this point, as my very first experience with them has been nothing but delays, deceit, and lies from the company. Before buying from this company you may want to look at the reviews they have received voer various sites

I received a faulty unit and needed to return it. It was like pulling teeth to get the return label they needed to send me. Then, after telling me they would take it back and refund it, they proceeded to send me another one and kept my money. When I called them they smugly told me they wouldn't refund because it had been used. Don't ever expect a return email unless you want to buy something. Very shady sleezy bunch...shop elsewhere!

Got Vape has a horrible customer service policy. Bought a device that did not work(In new condition no product used to make the item not new). In order for them to service or exchange you have to pay to ship it back to their warehouse and then pay 9.99 for them to ship it back to you. When I told them how terrible that is in the world of customer service they seemed to not care. I told them i want a refund instead of paying to ship back and forth and they refused to refund my purchase.

Charging a restocking fee for a package i didnt recieve in any way or form... delivery is now 6 weeks and counting... i give up, my bank will do the rest of the mail correspondance with these voltures. Save your time amd money, buy elsewhere!
