Had an AMAZING experience and already have several interviews lined up. Definitely recommend using!!!! I purchased a resume package back in early 2015, and then some personal matters came up and I also took a promotion, so I didn't need a resume until recently. I submitted my documents on 7/11 and About Jobs did not give me any hassles at all, even though I bought the package months ago. They didn't even charge me extra despite the fact that my career position had just gone up and I should have been paying more, which was really nice. My writer was intelligent and quick to respond to all of my questions about my resume and LinkedIn, and she sent me a first draft the very next day following my phone interview. I receive my finalized resume last Friday (so took 4 days total to complete, but that includes 2 rounds of edits) and I am already seeing results - I had an interview today and I have two more already scheduled! I really did not expect that quick of a turnaround, so I am pleasantly surprised :) This work was outstanding and I am so so happy with my new resume - I recommend this service to anyone that needs a great resume fast!

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Avoid at all costs! I paid for their resume service which was definitely more expensive than their competitors, but I figured I would get what I paid for so I opted for them. Two weeks after purchasing the service, I got my first draft of resume and cover letter. Both were full of typos and incorrect grammar. Why am I paying $300+ to proofread and correct not only grammar but typos. Come on. It has been over a month to get my "final product" and even the final product they sent me has incorrect grammar. When I wrote to them to let them know I was unsatisfied for the service they were providing they didn't care, just asked who my writer was so they could get that person in trouble and offered me no reconciliation. DO NOT use their service unless you want to spend over a month waiting for their product which is so generic you can find the templates online and want to proofread for both typos and grammar. Also their customer service is terrible so don't expect to get anything from them. Awful.

Over the years, I have used a number of different resume services. About Jobs is easily the best company that I have used. I liked the fact that they spent a lot of time (both questionnaire and phone interview) learning about me. I had no doubt that they understood what I needed. I worked with Becky. She was great. She turned the work around quickly. I also liked the fact that when she said she would do something, she followed through. Don, you have a wonderful product. I look forward to recommending others to you!

After being let go from a 12 year position I found myself lost on how to find the right job and most of all, how to prepare my resume in todays world. My first 4 weeks I had submitted dozens of applications and received zero call backs. One call to Don and all my worries were left in the dust. In the first week after Don and his team worked their magic I had interviews and multiple offers. I know have my dream job and I really do owe it to Don and his team of resume experts. Thanks Don to you and your team of amazing professionals!

About Jobs absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've owned my own companies for years and simply haven't had the use of a resume or bio. These guys go up and beyond any other company that does anything remotely what About Jobs does when it come to job search/resume writing. I'll recommend everyone to them.

My total experience with Don Goodman, President About Jobs Resume Writing was excellent. His organization , resume writing process, overall service and final product is the best in the industry. The pricing for his services and final products are excellent, a true value and outstanding ROI. My new resume and Linkedin truly represent my 3 decades of professional expertise, services and results in a way that I would of never been able to do. Don and his team of professional writers treated me as if I was his only client during the entire process. That was exceptional. If you are in the market to improve your resume and Linkedin I highly recommend Don Goodman, President About Jobs Resume Writing.

Don and Jeff did an amazing job marketing my skill sets on my resume and LinkedIn profile. It has been many years since I've interviewed and I decided to revamp my resume. When I saw Don's resume samples on his website, I was sold. It was concise, thorough and emphasized a person's accomplishments (without the flowery language). I highly recommend spending time filling out the questionnaire they send you. It helps with having the best resume you can get in front of potential employers. Literally, a few days after finishing the final drafts, a company contacted me and within two weeks, had a great job offer which I accepted. I didn't expect all this to happen so quickly. I highly recommend their service. I wouldn't have gotten my foot in the door without their help! Thanks Don & Jeff!

Don and his team of professionals are truly top notch. Their work and attention to details outshines their closest competitor. They are true resume writers that are willing to take the time and carefully interview each client. I highly recommend About Jobs without any reservation
