The slow to connect issue can usually be solved by support - if you use GoTrusted again, please give us an opportunity to get this fixed for you. This is caused by some regions/cities attempting to filter Internet access. We do cancel the service when you submit your request to cancel the service. If you intended for your service to continue, just let support know, and they'll enable your account or refund the balance of the billing cycle for you.
