The connection from China was great when first signed up and for the last few months it was impossible to stay connect for more than 30 minutes.

I just returned from China and sadly, GoTrusted never worked. It refused to initialize, no matter what I did. I wish I could have said something better.

Fake and virus program

I have no idea whiter or not GoTrusted has improved service since I left China. I can tell you that I paid for several months service for the privilege of being an Alpha phase tester (2014). Most of the time it just plain did not work! When GoTrusted finally set me a patch that did get a stable connection it was SLOOOOW! I could turn off GoTrusted and get something approaching reasonable speed. To get to blocked sites was possible but most sites timed out before the front page loaded. Watching the news just was not going to happen. Movies...?Yes!!!On a CD!!!! GoTrusted got the money and my Alpha tester report. Next time? I do not think so!

I was in china last year and i wont try how was work gotrust Unfortunately! there is no any connection via Goturrt VPN we got many problem and finally i was cancel my membership I had been used only several days for testing After 18 month they has been charge money via paypal without contract and reson

On the few occasions I needed to use Go Trusted I could not get it to open. Was being told it was already open & running & I could not use it. I'd have to close it before using it. However, it was not open on my computer. So, as far as I was concerned it was just a worthless pain in the arse & was costing a monthly fee.

I paid on 15th October to reactivate my VPN subscription $5.99 and checked it worked in UK before I departed to Shanghai. On arrival on 21st Oct, my VPN failed to operate, stating I did not have adminstrator permission (I have). I emailed Gotrusted 2X for advice, which did not work. IT experts at my client could not fix it but installed another VPN. On return to UK and checking my subscription, I find it was listed as suspended, when I had paid ! THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE CAUSING ME 3 DAYS GRIEF IN CHINA.

I have not been able to use Go Trusted for several months. I connect to Go Trusted and then when I try to load a website it doesn't load. From that time on I cannot use my internet even when I disconnect Go Trusted. I have to shut down my computer in order to reconnect to the internet. I just reactivated because I thought there was a problem with my credit card, however I continue with the same problems. I had to close down my computer and reconnect in order to send this message. I plan to cancel if this doesn't get fixed soon. When I originally subscribed I was very satisfied.
