GoTrustedReviews of gotrusted.com

At 5.99$ a month I got a 0.3Mbpsdown & 0.127up. Pathetic good for nothing speeds! For the same price I was getting 11Mbps down & 3Mbpsup with Astrill which was awesome for Viber & Video over Skype The same price is for almost all prestigious leading vpn suppliers only those actually work. Gotrusted is simply trying to sell its service at a premium with nothing to back it up with. On top of that. Their website is child level silly. You cannot do anything but login & change password, you cannot see consumption, there is no configuRation file for IOS, which means you have to add vpn configurations manually! Most importantly you cannot do anything with this outrageous performance: Viber couldn't connect, & when it did, it couldn't maintain the connection, the same goes for all VoIP & high Bitrate applications. Opening a website took ages in contrast to seconds with Astrill. Steer away!

I have used your services for a online game , however I have not played the game for months and there were 2 additional charges to my account. It has caused me so much inconvinence to cancel my bank card . I do not like what has happened.

I am currently in China where all Western Expats use a VPN service. I opted for their services because of cost You get what you pay for sometimes. I dropped the service because it would not connect or slow connect then drop out after a few minutes This made it impossible to watch YouTube. The service might have been better before windows 10 maybe that is part of the problem. Oddly enough Betternet free works great on my S6

Had subscribed for more than a year. It really irks me trying to spend 15 to 20 minutues conneting to Go Trust via Asia or other sites. In the end, I have to call it quits and find VPN express faster and more conveneint.

First OK. Then more difficult to connect. Finally no good. Terrible program.

I tried to connect my Google mail during my trip to China, but unsuccessfully.

Dear All, I try to use your VPN from China, but the Performance is bad. Very often, the connection was broken down after short time and could not be reconstructed. After lost of connection also without VPN the Internet generally doesn't work. Then I have to switch of the computer and restart it again. In very rarely cases, it work for long time. Your Internet page recommended to update the VPN software, but there was no improvement. Additional the Internet was very, very slow No I use the Astrill VPN and it works wonderful, it works allways and with high speed and without any problems. This means, the Computer itself is not the root cause. In the past I thought, that it is the envirement here in China, which causes the Problem, but the real reason is the Gotrusted VPN by itsself. He is not suitable for China. It would be appreciated, if you take the responsibility and would be so generous to refund my payment beginning in summer 2014 because there was no real service. Best Wishes Gerd
