I could not connect and did not get …
I could not connect and did not get support to tell me what to do. I would love to have the service if it worked.

Difficult to connect
Difficult to connect. Slow and unstable. It worked much better before.

No follow up from support team
I cancelled my subscription and my accounts is already closed but they kept changing me. I am considering closing my credit card accounts because this seems the only way of preventing Go Trusted from ignoring me and continually charging me

No service
Advertising "secure channels", however no service provided at any time! Some web pages listed on their website which can't be opened at all. I cancelled the agreement according to online instruction, however few month later received note that my account has been blocked since they can't charge for their services! Not recommended at all!

They make it hard to cancel
I tried canceling through PayPal but they kept taking my money which I missed, so it cost me loads and it didn't work in China so they just took my money and I never used it

Very bad product
I couldn't use the product, it was very difficult to install I am not happy, they charged for me some months I did not noticed, When I saw it, I cancel immediately

Very poor performance and no support when needed I feel my year's subscription was money wasted

It keeps disconnecting all the time in addition to being slow.
It keeps disconnecting all the time in addition to being slow. Downloading takes a very long time compared to Expressvpn.
