GoTrustedReviews of gotrusted.com

I want to unsubscribe as I don't work in china region now but unable to. I still get charged monthly. This trip I cannot log on at all

The title tells it all. I cannot use a VPN that makes e-mail inoperative.

Continuously frustrating disconnects: Sometimes 8-10 before a stable connection established. Otherwise, occasional service at reasonable cost (from China). Too many disconnects: once into a website the service dropped. Then re-establish only to have it drop again.

GoTrusted didn't work well in China. Getting connected and maintaining the connection was difficult. Also, once I got connected, performance was often slow.

The connection is not stable

Poor response to request of cancellation of service. I won't ever use this VPN service again.

Need to improve your service quality urgently

We signed up for GoTrusted in preparation for our last trip to China. While in China, it worked well. In the time since returning, I have tried to use it while on vacation or anytime accessing WiFi away from home. It is always hit or miss and frequently drops off. I will not be renewing.
