Sínce I was unable to access and use…
Sínce I was unable to access and use GoTrusted Services in China any longer I sent a formal termination letter 1 year ago. The result was no reply at all and continued billing on my credit card, which forcedly are ending now with termination of my credit card. I have enough from your "service"

They have shut down!
They used to be good but now I dont think they are active. I am an account holder but they havn't replied to any of my emails in over 3 weeks! They confirm the email on an automated service and promise to reply within 24 hours......over 3 weeks later, no replies to a lot of emails!

unable to connect for months
unable to connect for months. Do not answer the phone nor return phone calls. Does not work in China

Deliberately difficult to cancel & poor service
Tried 7 day free trial. Confirmed within 1 hour that their service would not meet my needs. It's 2018 and horrifyingly they require you to send an email to cancel services rather than offer an online / immediate solution. The absence of something that easy to implement should leaves me to conclude that it's a deliberate business strategy: and one that will lose you business.

There has always been an online/immediate solution, which is to login with your account, then go to the support page and select to cancel the service with an optional message. It has always been available.

My attempt to use VPN
I like use VPN for my I phone to use Google map and translations in China. So I got on line go trust VPN software. They time I use my credit card got blocked by Citibank due to gate way not reliable. In addition I try all the way to use it!! Not a single min I am able to activate VPN. In my I pad working which I bought three years before. But this time not able make it working. Unfortunately, we do not see any support requests to help work out the issue. It should be mentioned that credit card companies detect strange behavior when trying to pay through VPN since your geographical location on the web is often radically changing.
