Thank you for the feedback. Slow service can be caused by many factors, such as connecting the GoTrusted software in 'Compatibility Mode' which is required to connect VPNs in certain regions. In most cases selecting a region closer to you can provide a speed increase. The GoTrusted network itself maintains a bursting bandwidth availability of about 50%, meaning there is available speed on servers for customers to stream HD video at all times of day assuming the connection to the GoTrusted network is fast enough. The GoTrusted network automatically adjusts load balances to make sure any single server does not get overloaded.

Thank you for the feedback. If you experience slow performance on any servers, this can almost always be solved by support. The reasons for slow performance can be several: including antivirus attempting to scan the GoTrusted connection (web scan type modules in the antivirus), computer OS/CPU, the local Internet provider's route to the UK region, GoTrusted connection mode, computer MTU (technically the packet sizes the computer uses over the GoTrusted connection), and others. GoTrusted support can usually solve the by providing settings or configurations that work-around speed issues if video is buffering on your system. If you use GoTrusted again in the future, please let us know if you experience these issues.

Thank you for the feedback. The slow speed is not normal, as GoTrusted should be 'at least' as fast as any other VPN service since we maintain a high-speed network at major Internet nodes globally for just this reason. The slow speed can be caused by a number of factors, including software on the computer itself interfering with the GoTrusted software (sometimes an antivirus update), or using a GoTrusted server very far from your home location - at GoTrusted support we attempt to address these issues, or give alternate settings connect to the GoTrusted network. We appreciate your feedback. We always strive for a streamlined user experience, and a reliable connection, regardless of your Internet connection quality or where you are connecting on the globe. We did experience issues caused by recent Internet filtering attempts in several China cities, disconnects and slow connects being one of them. We have implemented changes in the the current GoTrusted software version and network to address these - it is usually a bit of a cat and mouse game to make sure the customer experience is always good in China. If you travel back to China and experience any of these issues, don't be shy about letting our support know, we want every opportunity to fix this for you.
