I found there were to many drop outs and then extremely hard to reconnect

I became a member of GoTrusted in September 2013 as I moved from Australia to China for work.I paid my first month by credit card and then few days later paid for the whole year with my PayPal account.GoTrusted still kept charging me every month.When September 2014 came,PayPal automatically renew my membership and paid a whole year membership to GoTrusted again, GoTrusted still kept charging me on my credit card monthly.I called PayPal and explained to them the situation and they told me that they could not refund me as GoTrusted has to refund me.I have sent numerous email to GoTrusted and they have failed to help.I am very upset with this and am going to call GoTrusted today.Hopefylly they will refund my money.

Service was not bad but the fact that I recommended and setup 2 individuals to open 2 accounts yet have not received the said free month from either subscribers,Since they don't credit card i had to pay for them i received no compensation whatsoever.

I studied in China for a year and I was using the VPN provided by my university in Germany - but it was kinda slow. I did some research and decided to go with untrusted. Setting it up was easy, even though there were issues in the beginning. It was faster then my old VPN service, but I had the same problems. Really long connection time (sometimes) and quite often the connection broke up and couldn't be reconnected for about 20 minutes. Once I asked for support and you guys answered incredibly fast - thumbs up! But the same problem came back a few times. I think because Chinese government hacks more and more VPN Services. I would have kept the VPN if it had the possibility to use Chinese servers as well, because despite all the bad things you bring in connection with that country, the lack of intellectual property rights is great for legally streaming movies and series.

The only 2 issues are slow sometimes, and get disconnected some times

the service was ok. It kept cutting off and I had to reconnect quite often but being in China ...for the sites I required I had no choice .... So it was ok. Connectivity should be improved but a pretty good service.

The VPN connection kept dropping during sessions in various cities in China, such as Yantai in Shandong. This was very aggravating. So I stopped using it and asked to terminate the service. Support is good -- very responsive, but was not of any help.

Initially it worked as advertised when I travelled overseas. After the 1st few months I was unable to initialize the tunnel and couldn't set up the VPN. On the rare occasions it would connect it would almost immediately drop the connection and not be able to reconnect.
