I have had an amazing experience freelancing on the site and I have made good money. There is always plenty of work available. However, as a freelancer, I have some concerns that bother me. 1. Sometimes the audio quality can be terrible, and I mean terrible. I hope Peter could reject some of this audios because they can simply not be transcribed. 2. Invoicing when it comes to withdrawing money is costing us a fair penny due to fees associated. Paypal takes a huge cut of our earnings. I wish you could scrap this, Peter. 3. Also, 1% earning for affiliates is too low. 5% wouldn't hurt, would it, Peter. :)) Give us some fair incentive. I could work from home and at the go. I set my own hours and I completed assignments at my own free will. It was a great starting point when I just started working as a freelancer, and payment was always almost immediate after invoicing. Some of the editors were not very consistent with advising, but that's more the editors' fault than the company.
