True, they asked us over email to give a review. But I was meaning on doing it either way. There's always enough work and never did they miss payment. I was freelancing on Upwork before finding about this website. After I found out about Gotranscript.com I stopped going to Upwork. You can always find work, and have reasonable deadlines, and interesting audios. I don't know how the clients feel but a lot of them have really bad audios and probably expect it to be perfectly transcribed. If your audio is good, you will have a good transcription. That's the way it works on every website.

The main issue which arises is that other clients do not pick appropriate options then uploading their content into the system. If you falsely upload a file as of good quality then there are background noises, of course it might come out late as editors are refusing this job after seeing its quality. You have to be honest with that you upload. This way there won't be any delays. Second issue that I noticed is accuracy. The thing is: if you leave out difficult, niche words used in that profession, it is very difficult in picking them out without knowing them in advance. This is why I had learned and always write up the most difficult words used. Those includes mostly locations. As any transcript service. If you won't use it right, you might get burned due to your own fault. In conclusion, I use their services for a long time. If you follow my advise, you minimize any issues you might have. I've been working with GoTranscript for almost a year. The work flow is good and it is a great company for freelance transcribers. There are a lot of other transcription companies but GoTranscript has to be the best as the quality provided is great and also the feedback system is good.
