CUSTOMER, not Transcriber.....
As others have mentioned the vast majority of the reviews come from Transcribers using the company for work, not from customers getting things transcribed! I am a customer and have used them for their transcription services! Not perfect, but not bad. 3*. One job was late and took a lot of chasing to get back 24 hours after they had promised. No refund for the 24hr payment was offered. The transcription quality seems to rely on who it went to. The first job had a lot more "Inaudible", the second piece I got done was much better in quality. I submitted 2 25-30 minute blocks of audio. Around 7-9 pages and 5000 words. One came back on time, the second as mentioned was 24 hours late. On the plus side it is considerably less than other quotes, I paid around £20 instead of £55. The one hours work that I put in to audit the document after was worth the saving to me. I would use them again but be prepared to put in some of your own time and don't rely on the promised turnaround time. But you will save some ££.
