Unreliable !!! still waiing on order and was told by customer service to 'cancel if I couldn't wait longer ' absolute waste of money

Paid to transcribe 2 voicememo with a turnaroundtime of 1 day. Order it on the 12th of june, today on the 14th they are not willing to try their best to compensate or want to finish it ASAP. Asking a lot of money for a crap service.

Terrible service. Recently placed an order then had to cancel it before work had started. Requested a refund but fees were paid into a 'wallet' in my account. Not into my bank account. When I requested to have the balance paid into my bank account I was told this wasn't possible at the moment! Even though their refund policy states that a FULL REFUND will be given - it won't! They hold on to the money so that you have to use them again. Why would anyone use this company more than once? I will certainly never use them again. Awful customer service, rude abrupt people on live chat/email responses and now this. Shame companies like this are in this industry.

This company simply didn't perform the job that they said they were going to. They completely missed the deadline that was agreed upon to complete the transcripts, and when I contacted them about this issue (2 days after the transcripts were expected), they said they would get it to me by the end of the day. I did not receive my order until 11 days after I placed the order, when they were supposed to have been completed in 5 days. I asked for a partial refund, and they initially offered me a discount for a future order, which I explained was unhelpful because I likely wouldn't use their services in the future. Only then did they give me $20 back. Once I finally received my transcripts, I realized that they were inaccurate, incomplete, and incoherent. There were parts in the transcript that they didn't bother to transribe and simply wrote [talking] or [mumbling]. Overall, their customer service was pretty terrible, and their service is simply not worth paying for.

I paid for a 3 day turnaround time on 21st March and it is now 9th April and I have still not received it. My last transcript was also barely recognisable from the audio file so this service has not met expectations. I have paid money yet received no service from GoTrancript. They are unreliable, inconsistent and do not meet targets. You pay extra for a 3 day turnover which does not occur. Complete rip off. When you complain about not receiving transcripts or them not having likeness to the audio files they offer you a refund which is a fraction of the amount paid.

Absolutely awful company. Paid almost £1000 to have work transcribed and they were beyond awful. My 15 year old sister was able to do a better job. Asked for money back and they offered a measly £50. I would not touch with a barge pole.

My email account was hacked and used to start many fraudulent memberships at many sites. Out of 200 plus fraudulent accounts made, there were only 2 or 3 sites that were difficult about closing my accounts. This site as one of them. I email them several times asking them to close my account but they said I had to sign in and close it myself. I answered this reply with the fact that I did not make the account comet therefore how am I supposed to close an account with a password that I do not know since I did not create it. Kind of ridiculous I think. Not to mention the illegal solicitation of their emails since I never willingly signed up for them and told them to stop sending them to me.

They never finished or delivered the transcription and were very slow on the refund. Do not hire these people if you need transcription services.
